Have you ever thought “ If only I could clone myself ” ?
When you're running a small business you often need to be everywhere all at once. Daily fire-fighting means you can't focus on the important things which will help your business grow and thrive - giving you the life you dreamed of.
With me as your ally, I can help. With a magic combination of strategic experience (helping you to craft the future), buddying and practical help I step right in with the support you need. Depending on where you are on your business journey, I can help you establish processes and business systems or complete routine tasks that take you away from the responsibilities only you can do.
Here are some examples of how we could work together, but the bottom line is - I'm an expert in getting things done - so don't worry if it's not on the list.
Helping you to get systems and processes in place. You'll be in the driving seat at all times - I can research options and bring you up to speed.

Training you on how to use new systems
Running a business or charity can be lonely. It can feel uneasy confiding in your employees or your directors. I understand what it's like - I'll listen without judgement and help where you need.
Regular meetings to check in on progress
Help prioritising actions
A chance to off-load
A sounding board for ideas
Someone who gets it!
Business advice and coaching are all well and good - but sometimes you just need someone who will muck in and get stuff done. An extra pair of hands when you need it most.

Being your colleague at a big important meeting
A quick note on how we meet: I love nothing more than mucking in side-by-side, but to keep my practice sustainable and fair, I work in a combination of online and in-person. We'll come up with a combination that suits you, but as a general guide:
Within an hour of Swindon: I can come to you regularly for hands-on sessions and catch-ups
Within a 2-hour drive: We can do our regular meetings in person and I can potentially muck in for some of the bigger sessions
Within a 4-hour drive: I will happily travel to you for our initial kick-off meeting so we can connect properly and get to know each other to start our work
Further afield in the UK: I’ll still aim for that initial in-person meeting, though we may need to discuss travel and accommodation costs depending on the circumstances
Outside the UK: We will gather online instead, creating a close, supportive virtual space to move your vision forward
